<li>	Passhole: [Noun] A driver who will not allow you to pass them in traffic.</li>

He gave a farewell speech and people have been preparing for the huge inauguration in Washington (tomorrow, at this point). The East Coast was particularly cold&#8212;I learned this from my mom, and also from coverage of the US Airways plane that crashed into the frigid Hudson River shortly after takeoff.
