As an avid user of tools like Twitter and FriendFeed, where you’re monitoring multiple conversations, etc., your subject matter is quite interesting to me.
Are you familiar with Robert Scoble? He’s well known for monitoring a multitude of streams (e.g. the “firehouse”) simultaneously.
Hi Mark,
I know of Robert Scoble, but do not know him personally. Friendfeed is a great example of having to monitor multiple streams of information (or conversations) simultaneously. Together with your recent post on how social media makes you “smarter”, this is obviously an interesting and timely topic in the Web 2.0 and academic communities!
