This is a side-by-side visual comparison of the Windows and Mac desktops from their early release in the 1990s til now. I really enjoyed checking these out since I remember fondly those early Mac desktops. My house was filled with Macs growing up and I even continued to use a Mac for 2 years in college. Then I switched to a Windows laptop (with Millennium and then XP). After I met Leif, I got a Toshiba laptop that I used Linux on, but most recently, have been quite pleased with my switch back to Mac (MacBook with Leopard).
